apparmor: fix missing ZLIB defines

On configs where ZLIB is not already selected we are getting

undefined reference to `zlib_deflateInit2'
undefined reference to `zlib_deflate'
undefined reference to `zlib_deflateEnd'

For now just select the necessary ZLIB configs.
