tools/bpftool: Auto-detect split BTFs in common cases

In case of working with module's split BTF from /sys/kernel/btf/*,
auto-substitute /sys/kernel/btf/vmlinux as the base BTF. This makes using
bpftool with module BTFs faster and simpler.
