dt-bindings: vendor-prefixes: add "virtual" prefix
"virtual" is used for vendor-less "devices". For example for the GPIO
based MDIO bus "virtual,mdio-gpio".
This patch is needed to fix the checkpatch warning for the Protonic WD3 board.
