efi: remove some false dependencies on CONFIG_EFI_VARS Remove some false dependencies on CONFIG_EFI_VARS, which only controls the creation of the sysfs entries, whereas the underlying functionality that these modules rely on is enabled unconditionally when CONFIG_EFI is set.
