Input: stmpe - add axis inversion and swapping capability

Make use of generic touchscreen_properties structure to add axis
inversion and swapping capabilities. It's configurable via devicetree
properties:
  touchscreen-inverted-x
  touchscreen-inverted-y
  touchscreen-swapped-x-y
