perf ftrace: Show trace column header

This makes 'perf ftrace' display column header before printing trace.

  $ sudo perf ftrace
  # tracer: function
  #
  # entries-in-buffer/entries-written: 0/0   #P:8
  #
  #            TASK-PID     CPU#   TIMESTAMP  FUNCTION
