pinctrl: samsung: Enable compile test for build coverage The Samsung pinctrl drivers require only GPIOLIB and OF for building. The drivers should be buildable on all architectures so enable COMPILE_TEST. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Kozlowski <krzk@kernel.org>
