clk: samsung: exynos5433: Add clocks for CMU_ATLAS domain
This patch adds the mux/divider/gate clocks for CMU_ATLAS domain which
generates the clocks for Cortex-A57 Quad-core processsor, L2 cache
controller and CoreSight.
