Merge branch 'fortglx/4.6/time' of https://git.linaro.org/people/john.stultz/linux into timers/core Pull the cross-timestamp infrastructure from John Stultz. Allows precise correlation of device timestamps with system time. Primary use cases being PTP and audio.
