waitid(2): leave copyout of siginfo to syscall itself have kernel_waitid() collect the information needed for siginfo into a small structure (waitid_info) passed to it; deal with copyout in sys_waitid()/compat_sys_waitid(). Signed-off-by: Al Viro <viro@zeniv.linux.org.uk>
