pinctrl: Introduce MODE group in enum pin_config_param
Better to have a MODE group of settings to keep them together
when ordered alphabetically. Hence, rename PIN_CONFIG_LOW_POWER_MODE
to PIN_CONFIG_MODE_LOW_POWER.
