KVM: rename KVM_REQ_PENDING_TIMER to KVM_REQ_UNBLOCK

its inner vcpu halt emulation loop.

Rename KVM_REQ_PENDING_TIMER to KVM_REQ_UNBLOCK, switch
PowerPC to arch specific request bit.
