Pull iommu fixes from Will Deacon:
 "Two straightforward vt-d fixes:

   - Fix boot when intel iommu initialisation fails under TXT (tboot)

   - Fix intel iommu compilation error when DMAR is enabled without ATS

  and temporarily update IOMMU MAINTAINERs entry"
