[ARM] Orion: fix various whitespace and coding style issues
More cosmetic cleanup:
- Replace 8-space indents by proper tab indents.
- In structure initialisers, use a trailing comma for every member.
- Collapse "},\n{" in structure initialiers to "}, {".
