watchdog: Enable COMPILE_TEST where possible Building all watchdog drivers is all but impossible since many depend on platforms which are not enabled by test builds. Add dependency on COMPILE_TEST where possible to improve the situation. Signed-off-by: Guenter Roeck <linux@roeck-us.net>
