ARC: use ASL assembler mnemonic ARCompact and ARCv2 only have ASL, while binutils used to support LSL as a alias mnemonic. Newer binutils (upstream) don't want to do that so replace it. Signed-off-by: Vineet Gupta <vgupta@synopsys.com>
