ARM: EXYNOS: Consolidate Kconfig entries

Instead of repeating the Kconfig entries for every SoC,
move them under ARCH_EXYNOS3, 4 and 5 and move the entries
common to 3, 4 and 5 under ARCH_EXYNOS.
