clocksource: Remove obsolete CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE The macro CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE was renamed more TIMER_OF_DECLARE, and we kept an alias CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE in order to smooth the transition for drivers.
