memory: brcmstb: dpfe: move init_data into brcmstb_dpfe_download_firmware() Rather than declaring our init_data in several places and passing it as parameter into brcmstb_dpfe_download_firmware(), we declare it inside brcmstb_dpfe_download_firmware() instead.
