drm/nouveau/bios/init: handle INIT_GENERIC_CONDITION_ID_NO_PANEL_SEQ_DELAYS As I currently understand it, this is related to features we have no support for as of yet. In theory, this change should be a noop, just without the warning. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>
