Merge branch 'tcp-fix-possible-crash-in-tcp_v4_err' Eric Dumazet says: ==================== tcp: fix possible crash in tcp_v4_err() soukjin bae reported a crash in tcp_v4_err() that we root caused to a missing initialization.
