libnvdimm/security: fix a typo

commit d78c620a2e82 ("libnvdimm/security: Introduce a 'frozen' attribute")
introduced a typo, causing a 'nvdimm->sec.flags' update being overwritten
by the subsequent update meant for 'nvdimm->sec.ext_flags'.
