dpaa_eth: add support for DPAA Ethernet This introduces the Freescale Data Path Acceleration Architecture (DPAA) Ethernet driver (dpaa_eth) that builds upon the DPAA QMan, BMan, PAMU and FMan drivers to deliver Ethernet connectivity on the Freescale DPAA QorIQ platforms.
