MIPS: asm: Add wrappers for EVA/non-EVA instructions EVA uses specific instructions for accessing user memory. Instead of polluting the kernel with numerous #ifdef CONFIG_EVA we add wrappers for all the instructions that need special handling when EVA is enabled.
