scsi: qla2xxx: Cleanup FC-NVMe code

This patch does not change any functionality.

Following cleanups have been done as requested by reviewer

- Changed waitQ --> waitq
- Collapsed multiple debug statements into single
- Remove extra parentheses in if-else as per operator precedence
- Remove unnecessary casting
