ALSA: hda/realtek - Use tables for batch COEF writes/updtes There are many codes doing writes or updates COEF verbs sequentially in a batch. Rewrite such open codes with tables for optimization. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
