ACPI: Do not use CONFIG_ACPI_HOTPLUG_MEMORY_MODULE
CONFIG_ACPI_HOTPLUG_MEMORY has been changed to bool (y/n), and
its module option is no longer valid. So, stop using
CONFIG_ACPI_HOTPLUG_MEMORY_MODULE.
