pinned-manifest: Update to latest (Android R merge) booting AOSP manifest

* Boots to UI
* ADB works
* Touchscreen works
* WiFi and Hotspot works
* External SDcard works
* BT works
* Audio works (only with mainline v4.9-rc1+ kernels)
