audio: Set analog port as default audio out

cherry-picked from upstream device/linaro/dragonboard project.

For db845c, set Analog stereo speakers port as
default audio out since HDMI audio out is WIP.

"PCM_DEVICE 0" corresponds to HDMI audio out (WIP).
"PCM_DEVICE 1" is 8 Ohm Analog speakers.
