BoardConfig: fstab: sepolicy: update path to soc@0
Upstream kernel commit a1875bf98290 ("arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845:
Add unit name to soc node") changed the soc node name to soc@0.
This caused the path names to change - adjust fstab.ramdisk accordingly.
