pinned-manifest: Update to latest booting AOSP manifest

Smoke tested with kernel v5.13-rc2
https://github.com/pundiramit/linux/tree/beryllium-mainline

* Boots to UI
* ADB works
* Touchscreen works
* WiFi works and Hotspot should work but not tested
* External SDcard should work but not tested
* BT works
* Audio works (only with mainline v4.9-rc1+ kernels)
