(SHIFT) update imx519 noise coefficients for ITS

Generated the noise model using ITS:
- python tools/dng_noise_model.py -c config.yml -tb TEST_BED_MANUAL --tests test_dng_noise_model_generation

This will generate `noise_profile.cc` containing the parameters which need to be added to
the sensor module definition.
