Update the historical API files to sig format v2 This regenerates all the historical API level signature files to the new signature format v2, described in tools/metalava/FORMAT.md This was generated by metalava using these flags: --write-android-jar-signatures <android source dir> --format=v2 Fixes: 116589402 Switch signature files over to the v2 format Exempt-From-Owner-Approval: Large-scale tooling change Test: make sdk Change-Id: Ide3be4cbcb88137bd8d3a112f06126aa6370815e
