Add SysUI tests to androidx.compose drops

Test added for all androidx:

- SystemUIGoogleScreenshotTests

Tests added for specifically compose:

- SystemUIComposeCoreTests
- SystemUIComposeFeaturesTests
- SystemUIComposeGalleryTests
