Import AndroidX from build 7327819

./update_prebuilts.py -x 7327819

note: Because I observed a lot of dependency errors
while updating all androidx library, this cl only updates
androidx/recyclerview and androidx/core package.

Test: Rebuilt the rom and play the Settings app. No crash is observed.
