Remove unused generation numbers. They're not very useful in our context, and having all this logic to deal with them may lead to a mistaken impression that they actually matter. Test: atest FuseDaemonHostTest Change-Id: Iab1b3c968d32b49147a91f72f1b89fa1b0a773fd
