Migrate ApplicationMediaCapabilities checks

Since Ifb2b990f1bce3e6aeb3c4e11b82b08a548c7173e, a new and recommended
isFormatSpecified API was introduced.

We now migrate our usages of isXFormatUnsupported and
isXFormatSupported to rely on isXFormatSupported and isFormatSpecified
