PerfProfileSettings: Update slider on powersave mode change The system preference is now updated only when the user changes the profile, which means that the automatic profile change due to the powersave mode is not detected by watching the preference. Manually update the slider when the powersave mode status changes. Change-Id: Ie1eff7f09e8bf0e26ec9f6ff0f3a6f311ec5ca2e
