ButtonSettings: Adapt for dropped needsNavigationBar method * This used to be a method introduced by us to tell if device needs a software navigation bar (because it has no hardware keys). The same can be alternatively achieved by checking if device has a navbar and at the same time doesn't support KeyDisabler feature. Change-Id: If656fbc69b809fcabc3e558ca30ff02c599f9b19
