StatusBarSettings: Quick pulldown side selection in RTL The labels and summary of the off/left/right setting for the quick pulldown are wrong in RTL (right-to-left) situation. The fix repairs the selection menu and the summary text for RTL. Change-Id: I343bd1880fe9aee07b20b5d7a0d379f563c28b02
