Adding AOSP into the tapl library name. The idea is to prevent accidentally adding non-AOSP code to it, which would make it wrong to drop it to AOSP parts of the platform. Bug: 110103162 Test: Building TaplTests suite Change-Id: Ide68f469d59fefb72b5195c7916bd1515a9bbed2
