Grant Launcher permission to access AppSearch This CL grants aosp launcher the permission to access appsearch to fetch data that are explicitly made visible to the app that uses the HOME role. One concrete example are shortcuts, with this CL aosp launchers will now have the permission to query shortcuts directly from appsearch.
