Aperture: Make initCamera() blocking * Google's example used a non-blocking example because CameraX is usually used on apps that aren't dedicated to camera so camera features aren't top priority, this isn't our case. Change-Id: Ia5d5bf6f8238a84e5484d388a76bff4e2c0fffb4
