Aperture: Ask for GPS permissions on first launch and enable if granted * Matches Camera2 and Google Camera behavior * Users would have to otherwise know to look for Settings and explicitly enable it before location would get saved. Change-Id: I0ef960bf8008f1184bbc87704b63cbf184e00102
