Rename most uses of time zone "Bundle" to "Distro" Tidying up the terminology because "Bundle" may be confused with android.os.Bundle. A Bundle/Distro is a zip file containing time zone rules data. Bug: 31008728 Test: make droid cts Change-Id: I0dc970a69ffff696ffae250d31095f5a05c6988d
