Remove java/security/KeyStore/PBETest.java

Remove test as it is breaking ojluni both host and device tests. It was
imported during OpenJDK 11 update and was not properly tested. It
requires resource files which in their turn have to be imported as
well. This test would be readded in future, the tracking bug is
http://b/228166260.
