sh: Enable GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO__DO_IRQ for all SuperH machines After the recent changes to switch SuperH board support over to irq_chip it is now possible to set GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO__DO_IRQ for all SuperH boards.
