sh: Have SH7724 select ARCH_SHMOBILE. This is an SH-Mobile CPU, so select ARCH_SHMOBILE. This enables all of the PM functionality, amongst other things. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
