techpack: audio: Update SOC_SINGLE_SX_TLV to SOC_SINGLE_S8_TLV

ASoC CTLs with negative minimum values were changed to use S8_TLV
controls on the upstream audio-kernel.
This is a backport of the upstream change [1] as it didn't land
into any sdm845 tag.
