BLASTBufferQueue: Initialize transform hint on creation. BufferQueueLayer does it (see onFirstRef) so we probably should too. In particular it could be important to set it before buffer allocation. Bug: 152501005 Test: Existing tests pass Change-Id: I60edd273dabb1f5b2176f55b6bd7cf92c0557ae1
